The Fountains at Paradise Lakes is an upscale condo community completed in 2002 which is made up of five low-rise buildings containing 71 one and two-bedroom units. All of the buildings are either three or four stories tall and all have elevators and are equipped with fire sprinkler systems.
Q: So does that mean that all of the units are equal?
A: Absolutely not.
Paradise Found is a top floor unit in Building 2 which adds significant comfort and appeal.
Building 2 has a great view overlooking the pond and conservation area directly behind the building and it is a very short walk to the club.
With a top floor unit in The Fountains you get amazing cathederal ceilings to make the condo feel more spacious. Lower floor units can feel small or confining due to their low ceilings. And since Paradise Found is a top floor unit you never have to worry about a noisy upstairs neighbor!
