Paradise Found Condo Floorplan
Because of the unique floorplan of The Fountains at Paradise Lakes condos, Paradise Found can be rented either as a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath or divided and rented as a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath and a separate Studio / 1 Bath.
The two units are connected by locked doors in each unit. The space between the doors is fitted with high density foam for sound deadening.
Note: This floorplan is a mirror image of the actual unit. All Fountains 2 Bedroom Units that are located on the right side of the building have the Studio on the right and the 1 Bedroom on the left.
