Q: We have never been to a nudist resort before. Do we have to be nude?

A: No. Paradise Lakes Resort is clothing optional meaning that you are never required to be nude.  Most everyone will be nude around the pool area but some people do dress for dinner and dancing in the club.  While some do dress for dinner and the club, you will also see people there that choose to be nude.
A: As of September 2011, the grounds fees are $48 per day per couple. You can contact the resort at (866) 794-6683 for any changes in the fees.

A: No. You only have to pay for the days that you plan to use the resort facilities.  If you are going to go sightseeing for the day or the weather is bad, you don't need to pay the grounds fees those days. You only pay for the days that you use the resort facilities. This is an advantage of renting from a private owner compared to renting directly from the resort.

A: Yes. Paradise Found has two assigned covered parking spaces, one for the 1BR and one for the Studio. The parking map can be found here.

A: No. Pool towels are available for both the 1BR and the Studio?

A: No. Bed linens and towels are included.

A: Yes. You will find toilet paper, paper towels and tissues in the condo.  There will be enough for stays of one week.  If you are renting for multiple weeks or months, you will need to purchase your own after the supplied paper products have been exhausted.

A: No. We have found over the years that with allergies and sensitivity to fragrances that it is safer if guests bring their brands of choice.

Q: Is a golf cart included?
A: No. Our condo is so close to the club that we have never felt the need for a cart. Our property manager has golf carts available to rent if you need one.

Q: Our dog is very small, house broken, doesn't shed and doesn't bark.  Can we bring him?
A: Sorry but no. Our no pet policy is never waived.
